The Board of Directors

The Board is elected for 3 years by a General Assembly. It has extensive powers in the management and administration of the association. It may delegate part of its powers to the Bureau or the General Assembly.

The Bureau, efficiency in all areas

The President, Laurence GALAUP, has established an inner circle within this bureau made up of dynamic company directors and scientific managers, each one responsible for a specific partnership.

It is the bureau's responsibility to manage the association's day-to-day business and coordinate activities. It:

  • implements the association's strategic objectives
  • contributes to the promotion of the association and its members
  • explores new complementary financing means for cross-sector projects
  • analyses and approves projects unanimously
